Nuralto generates a match score showing how well your resume aligns with a specific job description. Here is what each component means and how to read your result.

What scores represent

Match scores indicate alignment between your resume and the job requirements. Higher scores suggest better keyword and skill overlap, which may improve your chances of passing automated screening. They do not guarantee interview selection — many factors beyond ATS compatibility affect hiring.

Combined alignment percentage

A weighted combination of every scoring factor below. 70%+ indicates strong alignment; 50–70% moderate; below 50% suggests significant gaps.

70%+

Strong Match

Your resume closely aligns with the job requirements. A good foundation for application.

50–69%

Moderate Match

Some alignment exists but gaps are present. Consider tailoring your resume.

<50%

Needs Improvement

Significant gaps between resume and requirements. Review the missing skills.
